Building positive workplace cultures
REAL HUMAN
HEADQUARTERS
Resilient, rewarding workplaces are possible, but they don’t happen by default.
They're created by choice.
Real Human HQ helps organizations build healthy, inclusive, productive cultures, focused on transforming conflict and engaging neurodivergent colleagues.
If your organization’s work is stalled due to broken relationships, disengagement, or dysfunctional habits and systems, Real Human HQ can help you find a strategic, compassionate way forward.

SERVICES
Grounded in decades of experience in organizational development, the Real Human approach is highly customized to your needs, designed through deep listening to those directly involved.

ABOUT
Jennifer Morales
With over 30 years’ nonprofit experience, I bring a host of talents in creative problem-solving and facilitation, people-centered management, narrative and cultural strategies, planning and analysis, project development, and clear-headed crisis response.
As a longtime restorative/transformative justice practitioner, I understand that workplace conflict is natural. When handled with intention, conflict can lead to a stronger and healthier organization where people feel safe to bring their whole selves to the work.
I have a particular interest in helping organizations integrate the talents of their neurodivergent colleagues and create inclusive, productive neurodiverse workplaces. In all my work, I bring a fierce commitment to racial, gender, economic, LGBTQIA+, and disability justice, equity, and inclusion.
I’m a narrative strategist with a master’s degree in fiction (Antioch University-Los Angeles) and a lifelong teacher with a post-graduate certificate in Instructional Design (University of Wisconsin-Stout).
REAL EXPERIENCES

How do we get started?
Please use the contact form to let me know you’d like to set up a call. Every service I offer begins with a conversation, but don’t worry if you aren’t entirely sure what you’re looking for in that first call. Real human systems are complicated and it can take a while to discern what an organization truly needs. Let’s talk!
Where are you based? Do you offer remote services?
I’m based in southern Wisconsin. I can offer many of my services via video meeting, including meeting facilitation, culture and team building, and conflict transformation. However, I prefer to use remote meetings for initial and followup steps. The physical presence of in-person meetings is best for deeper work and difficult conversations.
